Alkemya Metacore Raises $50M for Nickel Technology via Tokenised Equity

On September 1, 2026, Alkemya Metacore SCSp announced it has successfully raised USD 50 million in a pre-launch capital raise aimed at scaling its precision industrial nickel wire business. This funding will support the commercialization of ultra-pure nickel wire, which is valued at approximately USD 1.64 billion.

The company plans to issue additional ALKN tokens at USD 1.0 each, with the offering available to institutional and professional investors until October 15, 2026. The tokens will be listed on Bitfinex Securities, allowing Alkemya to tap into a global investor base.

Alkemya Metacore, based in Luxembourg, specializes in the industrial development and financial structuring of high-technology metals. The company owns around 7 million meters of 99.99% ultra-pure nickel wire, which will be transformed into engineered mesh products for various high-growth sectors, including aerospace, semiconductors, and green hydrogen.

Carlo Guido Della Peruta, Manager of Alkemya Metacore, emphasized the significance of this investment, stating it validates the quality of their asset and the strength of their commercialization strategy. The tokenization approach is expected to enhance access to capital while providing investors with asset-backed investment opportunities.

Cash distributions from the tokens will follow a structured waterfall, ensuring a 6% annual compound interest return to investors, alongside an 80/20 profit split favoring token holders.

The successful capital raise marks a pivotal moment for Alkemya, reflecting growing confidence in the high-purity nickel market and the innovative structure of their offering.
