Nium, which acquired Cypher on July 8, has stated that customer funds are secure and can be withdrawn without fees. Users can request withdrawals through the Cypher app, with transactions typically taking 24 to 48 hours to process. Business users must withdraw their remaining balances through the business platform prior to its closure.

Additionally, users must claim any CYPR rewards and other incentives before the September 6 deadline, as these will no longer be accessible afterward.
