NEAR Protocol Introduces NEAR Business for Confidential Treasury Management

NEAR Protocol has officially launched NEAR Business, a confidential multisig treasury management platform designed for crypto teams and institutional players. The service, which went live on October 20, 2026, allows users to manage payments, assets, and capital allocations across more than 35 blockchain networks.

NEAR Business consolidates various back-office functions into a single dashboard, including payroll, vendor payments, cross-chain swaps, and capital allocation. The platform operates on NEAR’s private shard infrastructure, ensuring that sensitive transaction details remain confidential while still being accessible for audit purposes.

Key Features of NEAR Business

• Supports over 200 assets across major networks like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.
• Utilizes NEAR Intents for cross-chain transactions, eliminating the need for third-party bridges.
• Free to start with no subscriptions or per-seat fees; swaps incur a fee of 0.35%.
• Allows bulk payroll through CSV uploads, role-based approvals, and customizable exports.

The platform is currently invite-only, targeting institutional desks, venture firms, and crypto-native startups.
