Oura Health Plans Up to $3 Billion IPO Valuing Company Over $16 Billion
Oura Health, known for its smart ring technology, is reportedly aiming to raise up to $3 billion in an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. According to Bloomberg, the IPO could take place as soon as September 2023 and may value the company at more than $16 billion.
The company had previously reached an $11 billion valuation in 2022 after raising $875 million in Series E funding. Oura confidentially filed for the IPO in May and is collaborating with major financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Allen & Co., and Jefferies for the listing.
Existing investors are expected to sell a significant portion of their stock as part of the offering. Oura anticipates a revenue increase, projecting $1.5 billion in 2026, up from $500 million in 2024.
