Strategy Inc., under the leadership of Michael Saylor, has recently announced the acquisition of 250 Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings to 848,250 BTC. This purchase, valued at approximately $21.5 million, comes alongside a significant repurchase of $192 million in STRC perpetual preferred stock.

This strategic move is part of Strategy's ongoing efforts to strengthen its Bitcoin reserves while simultaneously restructuring its capital. The company currently holds $5.5 billion in USD assets, indicating a robust financial position.

In recent weeks, the pace of Bitcoin acquisitions has slowed significantly. Two weeks prior, Strategy acquired 1,665 BTC, followed by a purchase of 334 BTC, marking a trend of reduced buying activity. The latest acquisition represents an 84% decrease in Bitcoin purchases over a three-week period.
