Utorg Appoints Former Binance Marketer Andrey Urychev as CMO

Utorg, a provider of crypto wallets, cards, and infrastructure, has appointed Andrey Urychev as its Chief Marketing Officer, effective July 2026. Urychev previously led global performance marketing operations at Binance, where he was responsible for user acquisition and paid advertising strategies.

This strategic appointment comes as Utorg seeks to expand its market share aggressively, particularly in regulated environments. The company is currently operational across all 29 EEA member states, even as many in the crypto sector have retreated from European markets.

Urychev expressed his ambition to establish a robust, performance-driven marketing strategy to enhance global user acquisition, leveraging Utorg's strong regulatory standing and product expertise. He stated, “My goal is to build a hardcore, performance-driven marketing engine that accelerates user acquisition globally.”
