These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://cryptelio.cc and related pages, feeds, and services operated under the Cryptelio brand (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Cryptelio is an independent crypto news publication at cryptelio.cc. Contact: hello@cryptelio.cc.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. The Site and content
Cryptelio publishes crypto and related news, commentary, markets context, and tools such as search, tags, token pages, and language editions.
Content is provided for general information only. It is not investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Cryptocurrency and digital assets are volatile and risky. Do your own research and consult qualified advisers before making decisions.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site (including language editions, features, or feeds) at any time.
4. No offer or solicitation
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or solicitation to buy, any security, token, or financial product, or a recommendation of any strategy.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Site branding, layout, and original Cryptelio editorial content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Cryptelio and related marks are used to identify our publication.
You may view and share links to articles for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape at abusive scale, republish our full articles wholesale, or remove proprietary notices, except as allowed by mandatory law or our prior written permission.
Trademarks and names of third parties mentioned in coverage belong to their owners and are used for identification/news reporting.
6. Accounts and comments
Some features require registration and email verification. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Comments must be lawful, relevant, and respectful. You grant Cryptelio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and distribute comments you submit in connection with operating the Site.
You remain responsible for your comments. Do not post spam, scams, malware links, harassment, hate speech, private data of others, market manipulation, or content that infringes IP or other rights.
We may pre-moderate, edit, refuse, or remove comments at our discretion, and may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the Site.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe, you agree we may email you digests or related messages according to the Privacy Policy and your confirmation/unsubscribe choices. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) disrupt or overload the Site; (b) bypass security or access controls; (c) use bots or scrapers in a way that harms performance or violates robots rules we publish; (d) impersonate others; (e) use the Site for unlawful activity; (f) introduce malware; or (g) reverse engineer the Site except where mandatory law allows.
9. Third-party services
The Site may reference markets data, infrastructure providers, messaging apps, or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTELIO AND ITS OPERATORS, EDITORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) EUR 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Cryptelio and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Site. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of cryptelio.cc, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
Courts with jurisdiction over the operator of cryptelio.cc shall have competence, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring claims in your place of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization of the Cryptelio project.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notices, are the entire agreement between you and Cryptelio regarding the Site.
